Moving

Last week we went to LA to find a place to live (again). We finally had good luck!! We found a beautiful home built in the 50's. It is small but super cute. 2 bedrooms, little kitchen, big common area, and small bathroom. I can't wait to decorate it!! It seems to be in a safe neighborhood too! There is a guest loft...2 of the band members will live there. And a HUGE backyard...well not really a yard but big enough to park "The Bus" and set up a pool for Jude, washer and dryer, hammock, lawn chairs, and patio set....I am already planning ;)  Also last week my phone just broke out of no where...it could have been all of the times that it dropped?! Don't worry I am FINALLY going to get a new one tomorrow. Here are some cute pics of the place.

Our road trip: wednesday night to Vegas, Leave Jude with grandparents friday morning, drive to LA, look for a house, found one but Realtor out of town, drive back to Vegas (miss Jude & nothing to do for 2 days), spend time in Vegas, Cole & his dad drive to LA to sign on papers monday afternoon, Cole's mom and me drive to Cedar City monday night to see my sweet neice and wait for Cole, Tuesday Cole drives back to Cedar to pick me up and we drive home!! Poor Jude, He hates the car!!

The Zoo

This is a few weeks late but i thought these pictures where so cute that they had to be posted! It was a wonderful thursday that Cole and i got to tend ( we just learned that this is the correct wording for babysit) our adorable nephew Josh, he is almost 4. Cole decided to take the day off {the life we live ;)} So we took Jude and Josh to the ZOO!! We had so much fun. It was kind of nice that we didn't have to rush for anything. I am the kind of person that has to have everything situated..and I think thats also why I had such a good time, i could stop and do whatever I needed to do. Anyway the boys did so good! Jude still took his nap in the stroller when it was nap time..that boy is sooo schedule oriented...and Josh would hold our hand and be so patient with everyone!! Cole took Josh to ride the carousel and the boy that worked there asked Cole "Are you in Kid Theodore?" I swear my husband is becoming famous before my eyes! Once we where at this little bistro place..brand new...and a little girl came up to us and asked Cole if he was in kid theodore as well. Then she went on to tell us that she saw him at this show..i forgot what it was called but it was outside and a big event. Anyway she told us that his show was the best part of the whole night. She was so cute..must have been only 12. Anyway my point is that it is so weird that people know him already!! Yeah Kid Theodore! Two front teeth!!??

Teething........really??!!   Jude is not even FIVE months old yet but has ALL the signs of teething!

Why am I so sad about this?? He is getting so big so fast!!

We go to Cali next week again, to find a place to live. The good news is that we are looking for a house, I might have mentioned that?. We are working with a Realtor  this time and she has lists of places to look at. I guess you should have your ducks in a row before you go to find a place to live ;) The pics on line actually are making me more excited! I was being a baby about it before but now that I got an idea in my head I just want to hurry up and do it so we can move on with our lives!! Cole is out of town alot lately..so I have looked at everyone and their dogs blogs tonight. Is it so sad that is what I do for fun now a days?? Welcome to motherhood ;) I am just so grateful that my baby is sooo dang good. Earlier today after Jude's THIRD nap I went to go get him and he didn't want to play so we went and laid on a bed to just talk and relax....an hour and a half later we woke up!! Thanks jude for falling asleep with me. Poor guy he probably saw me asleep and was like ...okay I guess we will go back to sleep!! I am sure he loved every second of it..he LOVES to sleep with us. He is so cuddley..he can never get too close. Maybe he just thought "I should take advantage while i can" ( I try not to let him sleep with us...it has been a LONG process) Anyway I feel great now that I had a late nap and Jude is in bed...I guess I should go get something done. If anyone is still reading this LONG message..sorry I have been rambling on and on! goodnight

Mother I love you..Mother I do

Y  I hope all of you wonderful women out there had a fabulous mothers day! I did. It started at 1 am. Cole called me to tell me that he was home so I went to unlock the door. (we don't have keys for our house..i know weird) But I don't like him to open the garage after a show because it is too late and I don't want Jude to wake up. Anyway when I opened the door he had a single rose for me..so sweet! Then he took care of Jude all night (poor cole Jude decided to wake up THREE times....only eating once....) Then Cole let me sleep in..8:20 is as long as I could do it! Then he made me breakfast. Gave me a gift card to a nice spa ( I know I work for one, but it is nice to be the client sometimes) Jude gave me a vest and a gift card for shoes!! We went to church with my mom! Or rather she came with us. Had Rach and family over for dinner and desert...and celebrity apprentice. It really was a perfect day!! Love you honey! You are sooo sweet to me! THANK YOU!  Y

 Thank you Jude for sleeping so well last night...

we put him to bed at 7:30. (he was fed at 7) he woke up at ten for a bottle..........and slept until 8!! I love you buddy! Mommy is so much happier when she gets her sleep!!

Cowboy Take Me Away..

Y  A couple of weeks ago we went down to Circleville so Cole could help with branding the cows! Jude and I decided to go with them since I didn't have to work for a couple of days.We also wanted to see our cute new neice Addelaid We showed Jude the Dog, Cows, and Horses...he could have cared less. It was right after his nap so maybe that didn't help anything but we thought he would have been somewhat interested. Until later when Grandpa wanted him to go on the horse with him...thats when he freaked! I think this first picture is so sad...I didn't blame him for being scared. I WAS! But when he did calm down it ended up being a pretty cute pic! 

We are still planning on Cali,  J  we are going to take one more trip there to find a place to live, since we didn't have any luck last time. This time we will not be taking Jude with us...so we can get more done! The good news is that I am seriously deciding on coming back to Utah once a month to work for a couple of days. I have too many clients that want me to, and I could use the ticket for a tax write-off. So we will see if I end up doing that. I know my family would love it so they can see Jude. And Jude would love to see them!

 Kid Theodore is still doing great, Cole got his 5 thousand dollar check in the mail yesterday..from when he won a rock, paper, scissors contest! Of course we went straight to the bank to deposit it (in the kid theodore account)..to bad not in ours!! :)  I really am so proud of my husband he is a go getter! I couldn't ask for a better daddy to Jude either. Since we have introduced carrots to Jude I have been at work so Cole has been doing it, and thinks it is so funny. I guess Jude can't get enough!! He trys to take the spoon from daddy and they end up just making a HUGE mess..i know i came home to it last night!! 

Anyway things are going great here at the Barnson home! I think we are trying to savor are last weeks here in Utah!!! H
